Hari ni alhamdulillah dengan komitmen tak berbelah bagi team Kelab Staf JP akhirnya berjaya juga program team building JP dilangsungkan di Serama Camp & Events, Durian Tunggal.
Sesekali keluar dari atmosfera kerja seharian, menghirup udara segar sedikit melegakan. Hiruk pikuk jerit pekik hilai tawa semua melupakan protokol dan santun adab di pejabat.
Penat? Letih? Mengah? Itu tindakbalas fizikal yang wajib. Umur pun dah di sempadan setengah abad. Tapi aku redah je, buat-buat lupa diri tu tak muda menyelit di celah 37 staf yang lain.
Rumusan program yang dikupas oleh renjer sangat aku terkesan. Dapat dijadikan panduan dalam mengurus organisasi.
In this program, our objective is not to build a team. But a person. His SKA. The skill, knowledge and attitude. And the most important thing is to build up the right attitude in a person. With the right attitude one can acquire skill and knowledge. But the best skill and knowledge will go nowhere with a bad or wrong attitude.
So, to all superb awesome gorgeous diva divi superstars, I strongly believe and you have proven it to me that you have the right A which drive you to have the best S and K. Keep it up and together we excel!
